Before you join us

1. Bookings. Bookings can be made by email (info@priveredsea.com), by phone or WhatsApp (+20 115 967 0070), by direct message via our official social media accounts, or in person through our authorized sales representatives. All excursions are private and subject to availability, suitable weather and sea conditions, and confirmation by Privé Red Sea. Privé Red Sea reserves the right to change departure times, itineraries or schedules when necessary due to weather, sea conditions, operational requirements, or for the safety and comfort of our guests.

2. Excursions. Reservations for excursions that include a visit to an island must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The maximum capacity of the speedboat is 6 guests. If children are included in the booking, their age must be declared at the time of booking and verified by presenting a valid identification document before departure. The 50% discounted island entrance fee applies only to children aged 2 to 11.99 years and only to the island entrance fee; the fixed booking fee applies to the entire booking, not to individual guests, and remains payable in full regardless of the number or age of guests.

3. Payment terms. For reservations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, a 50% deposit of the fixed booking fee is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made less than 48 hours before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments may be made in EUR or the equivalent amount in USD or EGP, based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.

4. Cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable. For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure, the deposit (50% of the fixed booking fee) is non-refundable. An exception may be made in the case of a serious medical emergency, provided a valid medical certificate is submitted. Cancellation requests are accepted only in writing and must be sent by email or WhatsApp; a cancellation is effective only once received by Privé Red Sea.

5. Weather & safety. The captain has final authority to decide whether an excursion will depart, continue or return to the marina. If weather, sea conditions or instructions from local authorities make an excursion unsafe, Privé Red Sea may delay, modify or cancel it. If Privé Red Sea cancels an excursion for safety reasons, guests may choose between a new available date or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Guest responsibilities. Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew throughout the excursion and must not behave in a way that endangers themselves, other guests, the crew or the vessel. Privé Red Sea reserves the right to refuse boarding or end an excursion without refund if a guest is under the influence of drugs, excessively under the influence of alcohol, or behaves in a dangerous or inappropriate manner.

7. Health. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are fit to participate in the excursion. Any medical condition, pregnancy, reduced mobility or other circumstance that may affect safety must be communicated to Privé Red Sea before departure.

8. Liability. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times; Privé Red Sea is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings unless caused by the proven negligence of Privé Red Sea. Guests are responsible for any damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the vessel or its equipment. Guests participate in the excursion at their own risk; Privé Red Sea is liable only to the extent required by applicable law and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force majeure. Privé Red Sea is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, decisions of local authorities, technical failures, natural disasters or other force majeure events. In such cases, Privé Red Sea will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or another suitable solution.

10. Acceptance of terms. By confirming a booking and making payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
