Information collected
When you contact us or request a journey, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, message, preferred date, journey, chosen departure, and the number of adults and children. We also create a temporary or confirmed reservation record when you select a live departure, so that the configured seat capacity can be managed fairly.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and reservation details to reply to you, assess availability, hold or confirm requested seats, plan the requested journey, provide customer support, and protect the service from misuse. We do not use your booking form details to make automated decisions about you.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent to the Privé concierge email address. Depending on the email service configured for the site, delivery may be handled by the website's SMTP provider, Resend, or Web3Forms. Reservation information is stored in the configured operational database so the Privé team can manage departure capacity and confirmed requests.
Storage and retention
We keep enquiry and reservation information only for as long as it is needed to respond to your request, operate or support a confirmed journey, resolve a related issue, or meet an applicable legal obligation. Expired seat holds are not treated as confirmed bookings. The site also stores your chosen language locally in your browser. The public booking experience does not require an account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information connected with your enquiry, or object to a use of it where applicable law provides that right. To make a request, email us from the address used in your enquiry and explain what you need. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes to this policy
If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. The current policy should be read alongside the booking terms.
